“Dancing with the Stars” tour bus has an accident in Ames,on Feb. 5, 2018.
A winter storm snarled traffic and caused dozens of crashes in Iowa, with one of the tour buses used to transport cast and crew for the “Dancing with the Stars: Live! Light Up The Night” tour involved.
“All cast and crew members are fine, with some recovering from minor injuries,” tour organizers said in a statement.

Jordan Fisher, who won the latest installment of the ABC competition series, tweeted about the accident, saying “Thank God for the safety of our crew.”
cording to baydailynew.com, Iowa, one person died and five more were sent to the hospital in critical condition. The Story County sheriff’s department tells the news station that as many as 70 cars were involved in the tragic accident.
Cast member Jordan Fisher updated his Instagram Story after the accident, writing, “We are okay. Love you guys. Thanks for the prayers and well-wishes.”
Fisher also tweeted, “Thanking God for the safety of our crew. Thanks for the prayers and well-wishes.”

Earlier in the day, Frankie Muniz tweeted, commenting on the blizzard conditions, writing, “Riding in the bus on our way to the show tonight in Ames, Iowa, looking out the window at the snow-covered ground in this crazy blizzard listening to unreleased songs of a band I was in 8 years ago…”

Lindsay Arnold and her husband, as well as Emma Slater, Sasha Farber and his dog, had also been on the road, updating their Instagram stories ahead of the accident.
